Learn more about our Program

Phase ONE (0-6 Months)

  • Create individual goal plan with input from staff
  • Attend 90 twelve-step meetings in 90 days
  • Obtain an AA/NA sponsor
  • Identify financial and legal needs/issues
  • Begin education and job readiness planning with the goal of preparing for entry into school or work by the sixth month
  • Open a savings account

Phase TWO (7-12 Months)

  • Obtain and maintain employment and/or attend school
  • Attend all weekly program meetings/groups/classes
  • Participate in the Matched Savings Program with savings matched up to $1200 upon graduation
  • Attend 5 mandatory support group meetings per week (e.g. AA, NA)

Phase THREE (13-24 Months)

  • Maintain employment and/or attend school
  • Continue weekly support group meetings
  • Create a plan for graduation and transition to independent living that includes safe housing, work, financial planning, a relapse-prevention plan, and a network of support

SISTERS FOR LIFE (24 Months and Beyond)

  • Offer support to fellow graduates and light the way for new women entering the program
